A Waven Dot is a small, precisely dosed unit of nutrition — one ingredient, or a blend built to work together — with a fixed time of day and a coating chosen for where it needs to dissolve. A formula is simply how many dots of which kind, composed from the twin. Two people with the same goal get different formulas, because their twins differ.
